Author of three award-winning business plans, his last venture grew to $5M in 18 months and was on track for $50M before collapsing—an experience that sparked his pivot to a successful career as a corporate intrapreneur driving innovation within established companies.

With global leadership experience across 36 countries in North, South and Central America as well as Europe and Asia, Darryl has built and led high-performing teams that secured multi-million-dollar contracts and repositioned legacy brands. His impact spans startups, turnarounds, and growth-stage initiatives — all achieved from within established corporate structures.
Family, Mentorship, Ministry and Meaningful Impact
Darryl and his wife Dana have shared a life long devotion to family and ministry, each bringing unique strengths to their service. Dana is gifted in music composition, plays piano and multiple instruments, and has led both choirs and worship teams. Her contributions also include teaching, small group leadership, event planning, and wedding directing—faithfully serving as both a volunteer and staff member in the churches they’ve attended.
Darryl has served in a variety of leadership and support roles across churches in six states, beginning with bible study and summer camp ministry during his college years at Penn State. His focus has remained on teaching, music, and spiritual leadership that builds up the church. He has held over 35 ministry roles—including Board of Elders, Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Small Group Leader and Wedding Officiant. Together, Darryl and Dana continue to model a strong commitment to discipleship, personal ministry, and service within the body of Christ.
